Browning was a member of the Hammer of God movement.
Biography[]
A loyal member of the fanatic militant (yet somewhat amateur) Hammer of God group, Browning was the group’s technical expert, assigned to help the group gain access to the facility where Douglas Milton would be making his speech in order to assassinate him. Unfortunately, whilst cutting through an electric fence, a spark flew and ignited Browning’s pack of dynamite, causing him to be the first victim of what was to be an eventful and violent evening.
