Plot[]

Thirty years previously Marty's father, a policeman, was responsible for the death of a villain called Sidney Crabbe. Now Sidney's ghost has been accidentally re-awakened, and is seeking revenge by going after Marty. In the resultant exchange Jeff is shot and, in his brief time as a ghost before his revival, he is able to prevent Crabbe from pushing his partner into The Pit of Oblivion.
